A titler is on the list, but we don't have a date for it. ivsEdits Pro bundles the integrated PowerCG; as of today with the free version you can use freeware external apps like Gimp. ivsEdits LE fully supports the transparency (Alpha) channel that you can save into TGA32 files. If you may need any additional informations to make it, please don't exitate to ask it.
