The MSVCR80.dll is a Microsoft dll. It should be a minor problem because you get this message because the MFC add-ons are already installed and the Microsoft sub-Installer for these components is not able to replace the older one dll. It can means your OS installation is corrupted because normally these dll are replaced without any issue. Anyway if you not get crashes due MFC dlls with ivsEdits and others software based on MFC framework you can ignore this problem.
