Everytime I put a video it crashes.

I currently downloaded this program and I do not know much about it. Anyways I am trying to put a video but every time I put it the program crashes. Any help I could get?

Hi,

What kind of video files you are attempting to load?

What is your PC configuration?

CPU,OS,Ram,GPU,ivsEdits version

moreover can you check the Windows Event Viewer to see if it possible to understand the dll name is causing the crash?
